Q: WHY CANDLES
Because candles always make us feel happy & bright. If we can send a little bit of that feeling back into the world, we'll consider our mission complete.
Q: WHY SOY & COCONUT WAXES
It's really important to us to be as environmentally-friendly as we can be. That's why we chose to use soy wax in our candles; a renewable & biodegradeable resource. Soy wax burns cleanly & can be cleaned up easily with soapy water.
Plus, we're based in the Midwest, so we love supporting American soy farmers!
By nature, soy wax has a harder time releasing fragrance, so we custom blend our formula with natural coconut wax for the perfectly scented candle.
Q: WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE
All Beatrix & Co. candles are made with non-toxic, all natural soy and coconut waxes and blended with the highest quality perfume and essential oils. Our candles are phthalate free, paraben free and dye free. Candle wicks are flat braid and contain a cotton core.
Our labels are removable & our glass candle containers are dishwasher safe (perfect for future old fashioneds, see more about that here).
Our packaging contains a majority of recycled material and is printed with soy-based ink.
Quality is so incredibly important to us. We are always researching & testing to bring you the best product possible, and that starts with the best ingredients we can find.
Q: HOW STRONG ARE THE CANDLE SCENTS
Soy wax traditionally produces a cozier, more subtle scent throw. We’ve tested our candles extensively (and exhaustively) & incorporated natural coconut wax to produce a lovely, delicate scent strength. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to share some feedback!

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order & send it on its way. Once shipped, you'll receive an emailed shipping confirmation and delivery updates. We know you'll want to stay up to date on your package's ETA!
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Unfortunately no, we currently only ship domestically in the U.S. We’re working to change that in the very near future! Make sure to join our mailing list for updates.
Q: CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate any change or cancellation requests. Please email us at email@example.com so we can try to catch your package before it goes out the door.
